Warranty Program

No, the warranty does not cover external damage, including wear to the watch case, crystal/glass, watch bezel, watch bracelet, straps, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles, or any other physical damage.

No, water damage is not covered by the warranty provided by Cardinalbd.com or any manufacturer. We advise against swimming with your watch unless it has a 200m water rating and a screw-in crown.

External damage includes wear and tear to various components such as the watch case, crystal/glass, watch bezel, bracelet, straps, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles, or any other physical damage to the watch.

We do not recommend swimming with your watch unless it has a 200m water rating and a screw-in crown. Water damage resulting from swimming is not covered under the warranty provided by Cardinalbd.com or any manufacturer.

Returns & Exchanges

Yes, you can. We understand that sometimes preferences change, or issues arise. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 7 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@cardinalbd.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return or exchange.
  3. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process, including providing you with a return shipping label.
  4. Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return/exchange criteria.
  5. If the return is approved, we will process your refund or send out the exchanged item.

Please note that Cardinal is not responsible for any physical damage that occurs after the products have been received.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately with photos of the product. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue, either by sending a replacement or processing a refund.

Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 7 business days for our team to inspect the product and process your request. You will be notified via email or call once the process is complete

Return shipping fees may apply, and they will be deducted from your refund. Contact our customer service team for information on return shipping costs and instructions.

To cancel an order before it ships, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, the standard return process applies.

Shipping & Recent Orders

Inside Dhaka City:

If your order is placed by 4 pm, you can expect to receive it the next business day. However, please note that delivery may take up to 3 business days in exceptional circumstances such as political unrest, adverse weather conditions, or unforeseen inconveniences.

Other Metropolitan Areas:

For Other metropolitan cities, the delivery typically takes 4-5 business days. Our logistics network is designed to provide efficient service to these areas. We strive to ensure that your order reaches you in a timely manner, and we appreciate your understanding in cases of unexpected delays.

Other Areas:

Deliveries to locations beyond metropolitan areas may vary, but they generally take a week. Despite the variation, most customers receive their orders within 4-5 days. We appreciate your patience, and our team is committed to providing a seamless and efficient delivery experience across Bangladesh. If you have any specific concerns about the delivery to your area, feel free to reach out to our customer service team for assistance.

Business days refer to Sunday through Thursday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please consider this when estimating the delivery time of your order.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. This email will also provide an estimated delivery date.

It may take some time for the tracking information to update, especially during peak periods or due to the courier’s processing time. If your tracking information has not been updated after a reasonable period, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

If you’re not available to receive your package, the courier will typically make multiple delivery attempts. After a certain number of unsuccessful attempts, the package may be held at a local facility for pickup.
